I messaged him at 11pm on a Friday night after my A/C went out on me in this insane heat wave and he got back to me right away and then came out first thing the next morning on a Saturday. I genuinely thought I was going to perish in this heat until Monday but NOPE… by 9am, I was already up and running again and with air that was even colder than it was before it went out. As a single woman, I’m used to different contractors using that to underestimate me to upsell on things I don’t need but there was zero of that with Ernie. In fact, quite the opposite. Ernie worked to get just what needed fixing fixed and explained everything to me in a digestible way to help me get the most out of my A/C unit without having to come thousands of dollars out of pocket for a new unit. On top of that, he has the most genuine soul and is a family man so I felt safe and completely taken care of. His service is top notch and not the kind you get anymore these days.
