I messaged him at 11pm on a Friday night after my A/C went out on me in this insane heat wave and he got back to me right away and then came out first thing the next morning on a Saturday. I genuinely thought I was going to perish in this heat until Monday but NOPE… by 9am, I was already up and running again and with air that was even colder than it was before it went out.
