I called so many places and they weren’t there on a Saturday. I figured I’d have to wait till Monday but after I came home Saturday night from a movie, I took a chance and asked ChatGPT for a reference of somebody that might be open on the weekend. That’s how I found Ernie who was having dinner with his wife and actually took the time to talk to me and said he would squeeze me in the next day. . I also found out he’s a Builder so he has more than enough knowledge, but he did work as an air-conditioning repairman for 25 years. He came the next day on a Sunday. No extra charge, and discovered that the capacitor that was installed by another company just 4 months ago was the absolute wrong size and almost completely burned out the compressor. Luckily, Ernie knew what to do and not only replaced the correct sized capacitor which he had in his truck, but rewired it and added a booster which did the trick and all of a sudden we felt cold air coming out!
